When Qriib Drive is enabled and connected, Arif can help users work with approved files and folders through conversation.

Capabilities

Depending on permissions and connector configuration, Arif can help:

• List files and folders.
• Create folders.
• Upload or generate files.
• Move files.
• Delete files when policy allows it.
• Attach generated PDFs or documents to business records.
• Use file content as context for analysis or setup preparation.

"Find the latest supplier onboarding file."

"Create a folder for July finance reports."

"Generate a PDF for this record and save it to Drive."

Safety

File actions follow Qriib permissions and Arif safety policy. Destructive or sensitive actions may require approval before they run.

Attachments

Users can also attach files directly to a chat message. Arif can use those files as temporary context for the current task even if they are not part of Drive.
